I Agnes Rockett of Clifton in the City of Bristol widow, sole executrix of the last will and testament of the Reverend Caleb Rockett late of East Brent in the county of Somerset clerk deceased DO HEREBY in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear to and toward my son Hugh Rockett of the town of Cheltenham, Surgeon assign and transfer the twelve several mortgage securities hereunto annexed and hereinafter scheduled or particularised with all my right and title, as executrix as aforesaid, and all the right and title of the said Caleb Rockett deceased to the principal monies thereby secured, and all Interest now due and hereafter to grow due upon the same respectively unto the said Hugh Rockett his Executors Administrators and assigns and which said twelve several mortgage securities are charged on the tolls of the Bridgwater Turnpike Roads and respectively registered by the number date and amount following that is to say
