Lots 12 and 13 are situate at Slapes, in the parish of Bridgewater, and are in the occupation of Mr. Robert Boon.
The whole of the lands at Weston Zoyland are in the occupation of Mr. Walter Tice.
These highly respectable Tenants are under notice to quit, given solely in contemplation of this sale.
The Orchards at Weston Zoyland are first class and most productive, whilst the rich quality of the grazing and other lands of that fertile and far-famed parish are well known.
Weston Zoyland is situate about four miles from the capital market town of Bridgewater.
Each Lot will confer on the purchaser a vote for the Western Division of Somerset.

LOT 12: Tithe Map 706 was recorded in the 1840s Tithe Apportionment Schedule as: Name=‘Brinsfield’ Cultivation=‘Arable’ Owner=‘Bridge Sealy’ Occupier=‘Robert Boon’ Acreage=‘1a 0r 23p’ Rentcharge=‘£0/0/10’ .

It is now part of Green’s Farm, although not built over.

It is number 228 on the below 1887 25″ Ordinance Survey Map.

LOT 13: Number 745 in the Tithe survey is recorded as Name=‘Bradley Mead’ Cultivation=‘Arable’ Owner=‘Bridge Sealy’ Occupier=‘Robert Boon’ Acreage=‘2a 2r 12p’ Rentcharge=‘£0/17/10’ . It is still agricultural land.

On the Ordinance Survey map it is number 158. This section is just to the north of the previous – use Metford House and West End Farm to orient.
