SOMERSETSHIRE DRAINAGE ACT, 1877.

BRIDGWATER & PAWLETT
DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

NOTICE

IS HEREBY GIVEN that a GENERAL RATE or ASSESSMENT OF TWOPENCE IN THE POUND was made and assessed by the Bridgwater and Pawlett Drainage District Board on the 15th day of August, 1888, on the OCCUPIERS of all Lands and Hereditaments within the jurisdiction of the said Board, for GENERAL DRAINAGE PURPOSES, which said Lands and Hereditaments are situate in the several Parishes of Bridgwater, Bawdrip, Chilton Trinity, North Petherton, Pawlett and Puriton.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the said Rate or Assessment can be seen and inspected by all Owners, Lessees, and Occupiers owning or occupying any of the Lands and Hereditaments so rated or assessed, at the Office of the said Board, in Queen Street, Bridgwater, on any week day between the hours of 10 and 4 o’clock (on Saturdays between 10 and 2) during 21 days from the date hereof.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that all objections (if any) to the said Rate or Assessment will be heard and determined by the said Board at their next Meeting, which will be held at their Office aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the 20th day of SEPTEMBER next, at 12 o’clock at noon.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a GENERAL RATE or ASSESSMENT OF THREE PENCE IN THE POUND was made and assessed by the Bridgwater and Pawlett Drainage District Board on the 15th day of February, 1893, on the OCCUPIERS of all Lands and Hereditaments within the jurisdiction of the said Board, for GENERAL DRAINAGE PURPOSES, which said Lands and Hereditaments are situate in the several Parishes of Bridgwater, Bawdrip, Chilton Trinity, North Petherton, Pawlett, and Puriton.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the said Rate or Assessment can be seen and inspected by all Owners, Lessees, and Occupiers owning or occupying any of the Lands and Hereditaments so rated or assessed, at the Office of the said Board, in Queen Street, Bridgwater, on any day between the hours of 10 and 4 o’clock (on Saturdays between 10 and 2) during 21 days from the date hereof and will be payable and collected forthwith.
