Dr Morgan’s School after 1937

Dr Morgan’s School moved to Durleigh Road in 1937 from its old site in the Mount. In the 1973 the school merged with others to become Haygrove Comprehensive school. The old Grammar School buildings, with its distinctive clock tower, was demolished in the May of 2021. The old clock was preserved at least. For more on the school see the Old Morganians here.
